All depends on the offset of the wheel. As mentioned before a 275/40-17 is a popular tire size to run.

Maybe a little bit more info on your wheels? Do you have the stock wheel set up or aftermarket? As for the 17x9 , you can 265/40/17 without spacer. or like @terrasmak said, you can run 275/40/17 as well.

Thanks terrasmak the offset on the rear is -33 I believe
