$1800 check into Wheeldude for Rota , then varstroen in the vendors section and XXR. All will be in your price range.

Also, you may be able to get a set of nice Enkei RPF1's with tires, the tires will be semi crappy, but you will get a quality wheel you can be proud of for years. Don't really know how quality of a tire you need, but you can always wait and come up with a couple extra $100.

Look at and support the vendors of this site.

Tirerack has always had the best prices, and shipping is pretty fast since they have a warehouse in Delaware. Call Neal (above ^) and he'll sort you all out
