Default Time for new tires and need advice on g35 19" Rays

It's time for new tires and I'm seeking some advice. I found a nice used set of G35 19" Rays that have 75% tire tread left on them for $600. Only one rim has curb rash that isn't much at all and the other rims are good. The fronts are 225/40 and the rears are 245/40. I will use my TPMS for the Rays. I'm in need of new tires so I might as well get a set of rims that I like.

List of questions...
1) Will I experience any VDC/Slip light issues with the rim/tire combo?
2) I'm on stock suspension so would putting them right on be OK? or spacers
needed? I don't have to be HELLAFLUSH
3) Does $600 sound like a reasonable price? I believe so but seeking opinions.

*Used search feature but didn't seem to find the answers I'm looking for...

Thanks

Believe it or not the G35 is basically a 350z , all the way down to the tire stagger and wheel well size. They will fit you Z , exactly like they fit a G35

I knew they were very similar, just wasn't 100% about the tire stagger and wheel well size like you mentioned. Thanks for the info.

I got my rays for 400 without tires. I say it's a good deal. I'm running 245/35/19 front and 265/35/19 rear. If you want them flush, you will need spacers. And the 40 sidewall will fit but I'm pretty sure it will throw off your speedometer.

You are wrong, believe it or not a 225/45-18 and 225/40-19 are pretty close to the same height , then 245/45-18 and 245/40-19 are pretty close to the same height. The G35 and 350z came with the 18's mentioned, identical wheel specs too, if the Z had a 19inch wheel option, guess what they would have been with what tire size?

Your combo is ok , the rears are on the wide side for the wheel, but has close to the proper height tire.

I know they're too wide. I just wanted more rubber lol. I think they are rated for 245 width in the rears. And thanks for correcting me, I don't know much about the whole tire sizing thing.

What he said.
245/40/19

Actual speed 100.0 MPH. Speedometer will read 99.87 MPH. Can’t get much better than that.

The 225/40 and 245/40 combo will work fine. No issues there. Looking at an all season or summer only tire?
