Default Happy with my iForged Aeros

Like 2003z and RodH, I am happy with my iForged Aeros. I also like Volk alot, almost decide on GTC, but when RodH posted his wheels, that was the turning point for me.

Pics of my wheels below (note: the clear film protector is still on the unmounted wheel, so the polish lip may appear uneven in those pics).....
iForged Aeros pics

I kinda agree with ZZ on Colgan bra vs clear bra. My 2 cents on clear bra.....
The con on clear bra:
- pricy
- perfection relies on installer
- unsuable after front end accident

The pro on clear bra:
- ease of cleaning
- always on
- invisible protection

Rgd,
Mickey

For those ordering - Customer service is managed by us on iForged wheels ordered through us. ifroged is getting out of direct sales to customers. They will concentrate on manuafacturing and we will concentrate on sales and customer service.

Avalon,

Does that mean that those of us that have defective iForged wheels can get them fixed through you for a reasonable price. Mine have no clear coat.

Nope, stock rims and height. I wanted to wait until I got the rims on the car, then see how much I want to lower it. Plus, with all the camber issues and all the extra parts and cost, it went to the back burner. Maybe, later. But I kinda like the height now. <M>

wow - it looks lowered - or it just might be the angle...
My Z isn't lowered either (same logic as yours) although i've seen a few w/ 20" wheels with eibach's and they look sweet...
thanx for the info.

We will service our customers on the iForged purchases. iForged works with dealer sonly now so customer service is improved. All the GB ;'s etc will be handled by us. If you were a previous customer you will need to work with the company you purchased them from.

Regards

I purchased directly from iForged. Customer service sucks. So I'm screwed. I fixed my air leak on my own. No clear on wheels anymore and you have to be within 6 inches of the wheel to tell or drag a finger nail across to feel the brush strokes in the aluminum. Wish I hadn't been a cheap a$$ and bought the HRE's. Anyway, live and learn.

Too bad about your wheels. With all the negative info that's been posted about these guys, I can't believe anyone would still order from them. Let's see how long Avalon will put up with their BS.
