Default Spacer issue?

I checked out the lips on my fenders and quarter pannels the other night when in search of wheel spacers.
I bought the car with its fenders already rolled unfortunately.

How would I go about fixing this vvv The person who rolled it previously I guess never finished the job

Also for my front fenders I noticed 3 screws in place, and was wondering if that would be an issue for rubbing if I got 15mm spacers up front.

Just trying to avoid any problem before hand

The only reason to roll the rear the rest of the way down would be to look complete. That part will never touch the tire. As far as the front, those screws won't be an issue. I have 20mm in the front and they are fine with the stock wheels.

You are mistaken. The job is finished. You don't roll a fender flat on the sides. You can, but most don't. You wheel moves up and down, not side to side. It will also help preserve some of the fenders strength.

But the lip of the quarter panel here is actually pointing to the wheel, instead of the inner wheel well if you get what im saying

The tires are not stretched but a tad skinnier than the wheels if that makes a difference on anything??

Those are ofdd sized for wheels and tires, I would do some carefull measuring or grab some 15mm spacers.
