Welcome- but your first post is unclear. Are you asking for TIRE advise on a set of existing wheels, or whether the set of wheels you list will fit? Also what model of Z do you own? If it's equipped with Brembos or a BBK, caliper clearance becomes an issue. Add some additional details to get more informed answers.

But speaking in generalities, stock offsets are +30 on most OEM front wheels and up to +33 on rears. Should note that that's Z33 only (Z34 front wheels are high offset at +47 or thereabouts).
A +25 front works fine as the "hot tip" (again, in general only) offsets on aftermarket wheels is ~+15 to ~+25 FRONT AND/OR REAR depending on width.
A +38 wheel is a tad too high but if you don't mind spacers to change effective offset down below +30, they should work if this is for a set of pre-owned wheels you're trying to buy. Else, if buying new, get the right offset to begin with.
Your post title asks about tire fit but actual post asks about wheels so really not sure what you need but presume you need tire sizing as well...
The most common, easiest to fit 18"combination is 255/40 & 275/40 F-R. However, the 245/275, 255/285 set ups work BUT, depending on wheel offset you end up with, you might need to roll the rear fender lips. For example, I've run everything from 8.5" to 11" wide rears with nary an issue because the offsets were sane, +25 to +33. The moment I mounted up my current 9.5 +15s.... off to the fender roller guy.
Hope these general points help but be more specific for additional responses.
