Tires, yearly use: 3,500 miles daily driving + 5-10 passes on the 1/4
As the title says, looking at replacing current tires (RE050A's) with a new summer performance set, somewhat double duty with the few passes at the 1/4 mile around the year. I would like to get 3 years out of them (anything beyond that is gravy), meaning about 10,500 miles and 30 passes tops... my commute is not overly bad for pot holes, the worst two bumps are bridge 'joints' if you will.
It's a 5AT, so I can warm up the tires in 1M spinning over 20-30 ft before I line up at the lights. Not looking to break records, just having some fun at SMP mix & match events in Shannonville ON. No suspension mod really, just Eibach sways on MED settings front and rear. I also got this Stillen engine damper brace but I doubt it factors in much in straight acceleration.
It's the GT package, so I need tires for RAYSv2's in stock sizes of 265/35R19 + 245/40R18, unless some of you with experience at the strip with stock suspensions can pitch up a better size combination for those rims. I suppose I could establish a baseline with the RE050A's first, but I'd like to get opinions on tires that fit the bill so I can watch out for deals. Thanks!

Yeah I'm not planning on cheaping out anyway, the very lower end of my range falls on the BFG Sport Comp 2's.

No, just no. A) not nearly enough treadwear to put 3,500 miles of daily driving / year on them, B) no matching sizes for the RAYSv2's whether you look at the reg 888's or the 888R's on Tirerack.
