Default 285/40/18 Michelin PS4s

Anyone running 285/40/18 on an 11" wheel on the rear of their Z? Looking really hard all over for some pics but not finding. Worried if it'll be too thick. I currently have 295/35/18 Nitto NT05s but they rub too much even with rolled fenders due to the offset of my Cosmis XT-206r (11" +8mm)

Reason for going 285/40 instead of 275/40 is to account for the stretch an 11" wheel may give on the tire, don't want an aggressive stretch. The 295/35 sidewall is currently PERFECT for me, and I don't want to go much taller than that. I also have to run an unreasoanble amount of camber with the 295/35 (currently about -2.1) which is killing my tires way too fast. So I'm hoping the 285s tuck nicer under the wheel well so I can straighten out the camber a bit to a more reasonable amount.

This is a sidewall photo but want to see one mounted to get a proper opinion.

11 +8? I don't get why, I'm on 11 +30 and still have poke with a properly sized 305 tire.

Nope, they did on the right a small bit but it been fixed. I'm on Nismo S-tune suspension so not very low, aggressive offsets don't mix with thick tires.

Hopefully someone chimes in with some pictures lol. It doesn’t seem too thick but hoping for some pics to confirm.

this is how mine sits with the 275/305 combo, pokes slightly, zero stretch nonsense.

Nice combo. What rims are those? Specs? Will upgrade mine next month since I already have the budget. The rotiform wheels I saw online are nice but I'm still open to other options.
