Try to make a long story short.
I got rims mounted with snow tires for the Chicago winters installed on my car in September.
As im re-installing the stock rims /touring/ i see the spacers the guy told me he had to take off because they didnt work with the aftermarket rims.
So as I am putting them on i think, what do they do?
Does it matter if i put them back on?
