Are these extended? do these actually lock or can any socket be used to tighten the lugs?

Regarding questions asked:

1- Shipping to Dubai: Not sure as I have not checked the freight rate. I will tomorrow and let you know

2- Do they lock? No, they are not lock type. They have their own socket included, but I imagine that any thin walled socket can be used. These are for show, not security.
