I purchased this car a bit over a year ago completely stock and I've invested a good deal of money on very tasteful mods, but I've also kept all OEM parts as well including the wheels and tires. All mods are listed as follows:

Nismo Cold Air Intakes (wrapped in Reflect-a-Gold heat wrap)
Pioneer touch screen stereo with 32 gig memory card and Bluetooth
Upgraded speakers all around
Nismo leather shift ****
RDX Shorty Antenna
Stance GR+Coilovers
Enkei RPF1 wheels in gunmetal grey finish (only a few months old and mint)
MacGard spline drive lug nuts
Vredestein Ultrac Sessenta tires (only a couple thousand miles, practically brand new) 295/35/18 rear, 275/35/18 front
SPC rear camber arms
Tinted windows
OEM mid-pipe with resonator removed (have full OEM mid-pipe if wanted)

The paint is in excellent condition. I'd rate it at a 9.5/10 only because of a couple very small rock chips. (front bumper has holes from front plate)
The interior is also very clean and I'd rate it at a 9.5/10 as well. It has never been smoked in. (the plastic is scratched in a couple small places, as is usual on these cars)

All of the work has been done by a very reputable shop and I've got receipts for it all, including parts. The car runs flawlessly and I've never taken it racing of any sort, nor have previous owners from what I can tell. The oil was changed every 3k miles at most with Mobile 1 synthetic, I had a frayed belt replaced a few months ago, and the windshield was replaced last summer due to a rock chip. I really have babied this thing during my time as an owner and I really love it, but it's time to get serious about buying a house and having a more practical car. Lame. With that being said, I'd really like to see this go to a fellow enthusiast who understands what it is and will treat it respectfully.

Neither from what I can tell. This car began it's life in california (no salt and pretty much no snow) and my job allows me to work from home, so I never go in if it's snowing. On top of that we do not use salt on our roads

Having difficulty getting in and editing the original listing, but here is one final bump with a FINAL price change. If it doesn't sell for this, than I'm not selling it at all.

$20,500 As it sits right now. This is a RIDICULOUS price for this car, MUCH lower than any comparable quality Nismo on here.

I also just installed a new 4 channel amp that is going with the car as well.
