Question Need help, eng knocking sound, 2006 Z33 DE Rev-Up

Hello guys, newbie to here
Have a trouble, few days ago i'm noticed strange knocking sound of my engine at idle.

Car: 350z, 2006, DE rev_up engine, manual, 60K km mileage (around 37K miles)
Oil and oil level - OK!
Mods: MREV2 plenum, stillen headers, megane racing side exhaust, and oil radiator.

When cold start - it's working normal, but when engine is warming up, or hot start - clearly hear knock-knock-knock sound from left(driver side) engine head,
it's very similar to knocking BMW vanos, BUT... when you revving up engine to redline - knocking sound is gone(!) and engine idling quietly about ~3min, then that knocking noise come back again(

Give me your advice plz, or maybe some body know about this problem.
I'm google before ask, and didn't find similar problem.

Here video(sound)
1st VIDEO0125.mp4, normal idle sound(you can't see, the hood is up)
2nd VIDEO0126.mp4 - terrible knocking sound.

Possibly spun a bearing I would take it to your local dealership have it checked ASAP to avoid further damage. How long have you owned the car does it consume oil ?

I'm at the exact same mileage car never burned a drop until I modded it I use a quarter of a quart every 2500 miles now. But no issues as of yet good luck.

Since you have rev up I would say it would be oil consumption leading to spun bearing.

thx, for answer!
you think it's bearing spun?

Yep, it consume oil, ~ 1 Liter per 2500-3500 km, but I checking level regulary, and did not allow even low level. Oil Motul 5w40

Since you have rev up I would say it would be oil consumption leading to spun bearing.
So, that this problem is so common on rev up engines?
(
Oil radiator could cause this to happen?

Just a possibility from what you described. Good you keep the oil up but these engines still have ring issues unfortunately. As I said a local dealership could pin point the issue quick. If it is a engine replacement issue try import parts pro this could be your excuse to get boost lol this is just a opinion I'm not a mechanic hopefully I'm wrong and your Z has a minor issue. Good luck keep us posted on your results.

Yeah the rev up is well known for oil consumption, one reason why I did not buy a 2006.

We're all just guessing I would tak be it to a trusted mechanic the dealer might be the person for the job at least to diagnose it.

Hi!
I am very grateful to you for answers!
Interesting thing - yesterday this sound disappeared engine run smoothly and quietly!
Today it's come back for a short time and gone again
But i catched him, and recorded on cellphone.

Take car to local dealer is right idea, but in Ukraine where i'm from, 350z very rare car, and dealer seen this cars a twice in life, another deal about tons of SUV or sedans.
Anyway, tomorrow I will go to the person who knows sports japs and tune my car, let's see what he has to say.

So, have a news!
Today was at the tune station, listening to the engine with a stethoscope

, and made a verdict about knocking - it's left sprocket CVTCS

At the same time - made a dynorun with ECU tune
Result: 100-200 km/h time droped from 12.5 to 11.5 sec

The day after tomorrow will look at connecting rods, just in case.
