Brake pads wearing out abnormally quick
so i changed all my brake pads about a month ago with duralast gold pads and i noticed that my driver side rear pads are almost done.(compared to the passenger side which still looks semi-new) Ive also noticed that when driving and i come to a stop that brake smells a bit burnt. so i figured that, that piston is pushing too much is there any way to fix this. ive searched but no luck. i have also bleed the brakes.

Are you spinning the rears a bit too much while having ESP on by any chance?
Burnt smell seems awkward and could be a malfunction, meaning the pad might be touching the rotor even if you don't use the brakes, but excessive engagement of the ESP could result in fast and uneven wear of the rear pads.

Not sure if it's even possible, but maybe the installation was bad and the pad was rubbing on the rotor even when you were not braking.
If you replace the pads, see if you can turn the wheel with your hand without too much effort, while you have it jacked up.

Your right cause now that the metal thing is rubbing its rubbing when im moving without pushing the brake and today i had to stop a bit hard not too hard but that tire locked up and only that tire skidded. and i didnt brake THAT hard. so how would i go about fixing this? why is this brake getting more force/pressure/fluid?

are you talking about the rubber on the outside or inside of the the piston. If its the outside then it's just a dust cover. The inside rubber is called the square seal, it is what returns the piston when u let go of the brakes. If that's torn then the piston won't retract all the way.. if the outside rubber is torn the inside could be contaminated with dirt and causing the piston to be stuck also. All of this would cause your brakes to be still slightly applied and the pad would wear out faster.

The first time you changed the pads, did you clean the area around the brake caliper piston before you pushed the piston back in to install the new pad? When that piston came all the way out the second time you did the rotors, possibly, well, most likely some debris got in there and caused the piston to drag. That torn seal is also a sign that debris cause the issue. If your not comfortable, you may want to take it to a shop to have them fix this up.....
