alright I wont roast you too hard but seeing that you have 4 wheels and 8 total pads...where the hell are the other 5 pictures?
there's this website that will tell you all about worn brake pads, rotors, service intervals, bleeding, servicing, maintenance...it's called 'google'...

Looks like there is some life left in them.
At least here, in the UK, you can take it to a garage (a chain that's all over the country) and get a free inspection.
I'd take it to somewhere like that, or go to a recommended independent workshop to get them to inspect.
However.
Whenever I get a new car I just start replacing 'service' parts anyway, at least the more affordable ones to start with.
So if it were me, I'd replace the discs, pads, fluid and upgrade the lines. As to what specifically, depends on your use, and there are millions of threads on this subject so just have a search and read.
