I'm new here so not sure if this is the right place but here goes. I've got an 03 touring and ive go a little tick in the head. I was looking on ebay and other places and need to know if maxima and murano heads r the same or not i.e. valves and cams and springs. If they r or r not a direct bolt on info would be appreciated.

They are not- FWD VQ blocks are different than RWD and heads are different.

Any idea what the differences are? Rockauto has the same part number for 350z and maxima. Napa also has the same part numbers as well.
