Default Complete Engine Part-Out - 2004 DE 100k miles

Hey guys - I came across a DE engine from an LS guy that he swap out of his friend's z. The engine has approximately 100k miles and was replaced due to a thrown rod through the oil pan. From my initial tear down the top end looks to be unaffected – Although I am still tearing into the block.

looks like they go for anywhere from $60 - $100 on ebay - is $50 + $20 shipping fair for the cover?

Assuming were talking about the same 'upper oil pan'

yeah - it's hard to tell from the pictures but all the teeth are present and in good condition. No broken or excessively worn teeth. There is a pin on the front face and that pin is missing from one of the gears. I have all the other timing chain parts so if there is anything else you need let me know.

If you still have the upper oil pan how much for it? And you said it threw a rod through the oil pan. Did it mess up the upper oil pan at all? thanks
