Finally got my Track Z
Got my Z. It's a Super Black 2004.5 fully loaded Track. Parents had to decide to get it on the worst possible weekend, when I have no time to play around with it, because I have a midterm on Monday.
I purchased from Universal City Nissan, quite possibly the worst Nissan (or car ) dealership I've been to. In and out in SIX hours. First they tried to sell me an identical one in some obscure lot that was freakin beat up. Finally, they took us back to the right vehicle (I checked VIN). The dealership is SO dirty, not to mention crowded. The finance manager was very professional however, one in hundreds of employees. I will never go there again, from here it's only Performance in Duarte. The only reason I purchased here is because they had the only Z that I wanted.
BUT. I got it, and I'm really happy. It looks very damn nice in the garage with the G35c, same color. The Z definitely looks, and drives much more aggressively. I can't wait for the break in to finish. I really miss the nice "Infiniti" logo stitching on the leathers seats in my G35c though. Off to study, will post pics later!

Any reason you didn't wait for the 2005 model? The stronger/improved con rods, bolts, valve springs, cams, and exhaust valve timing would have been worth it, in my opinion...

Wanted the OEM Nav, which isn't available on 05 Tracks. Yea, I know the OEM "sucks" compared to aftermarket, but I just wanted to buy a car that came with everything. Almost 5k off MSRP on a very hard to find model wasn't bad either.

Universal City Nissan is one of the worst i had ever been to too. Very unprofessional and if they didn't think you were going to buy a car they treat you like ****. And they were very "hard sell" and their Zs were SERIOUSLY a mess, must be the people they hire to wash the cars?

First mod will be ... S2K antenna! I don't plan on doing any major mods, that's why I bought the Track model.. maybe later down the road though.

By no means am I "hating" on you, but just wondering what the hell parents are thinking these days. I would've been ecstatic for my parents to even buy me a car, much less let me use theirs when I was your age.

Both are not mine. I've been driving the G35c for pleasure for about a year, now they bought me this car for myself. I'm VERY f*cking grateful, believe me.
