Default touring vs. other packages.

I found a car my dealer has and he's a little flexible on the price.
However, I am wondering how much heavier si the Touring than the enthu. and does it really make that much of a difference.

The touring is heavier for the right reasons (shades of G35C?),it has a lot of desirable stuff on it.

If its a good deal, I'd take it.

The touring is the most plush as you likely know. Weight is an issue if you plan to do serious racing and then you would still want to lighten the Z a heck of a lot more even beyond the lightest of the stock trims. For everyday use in the realworld the weight issue is a "non issue".

The car is fun any which way you put it. Why not have a little fufu to go with it!

I believe its about 115 lb. difference. In general when a non-racer tells you they can tell the difference in 100 lbs. on their vehicle they are suffering from a placebo like effect.

You won't feel it in day-to-day driving.

I drove a touring and a performance back to back when i bought mine...now I'm no expert driver, but I certainly didn't notice any differences. The touring seemed to have better seats (they took the edge off of impacts a little better). But the main thing for me was how much more upscale the interior looked w/leather and the frost color. Besides that, isn't it just sweet to have a sports car with a 6cd in dash and heated seats? Sure it's not necessary..but that doesn't mean I won't enjoy it!

i love the leather seats in the touring. Heated seats are nice as well but i wish i could make more use for them in Cali. Do the other model packages have power seats?
