Hey everyone,
Just wanted to know if it was possible for someone to order the track model and have Nissan build it w/ the Bose stereo, leather seats, all the luxury items in the Touring model?
Anyone been able to order their Z that way?
Thanks!

I don't think you can add those things to the track model, but you can add the track options to the touring i think. i am sure someone else here will probably know for sure.

heh
Alright, no gxsboy102, Nissan doesn't do custom orders on the 350Z. They have five options and that's pretty much it but I am sure you can buy a track model, then have it worked on after market wise... might cost you a wee bit, but if you're after hose things, then you've got it.
Or.... you could just buy a Touring model and have the aero kit added. The Brembo's are an easy (but expensive) after market add on.
Hope this helps.

there have been many heated exchanges over this issue. You would think Nissan would offer the delux track with everything for about $38K and cash in, but for whatever reason they didn't. You have to decide what you want more. Forget the stereo, most people who are really into music will be upgrading something here. So you are looking at the leather/heated/power seats vs. the rays and brebos. The leather is an easy upgrade ($1200). The rays cost about $2-3K, and the brembos cost about $2-3K. Plus the track has the spoiler ($500). Not sure if that helps

Isn't this a moot point because the preorder is over. I thought the five packages was only a pre-order issue. I thought once normal sales start, buyers will have two choices....take what ever is on the lot (good luck getting MSRP) or order a car and have it show up in the 2014 time frame. But in either event, I did think that there would be a wide range of options for the Z, that Nissan isn't going to limit the option packages to the 5 pre-order packages. Am I wrong?

Well, very informative....thank you for the info...I'm new to this forum but am intrigued and interested in the 350Z. I'm thinking I will wait and see after the release if the car lives up to the hype...
While I know it is an option to get many things done in the aftermarket I was hoping to get it all factory done and perhaps in the year after initial release Nissan might loosen up and provide us with the car w/ all top options....that would be sweet!
