I notice the warm air myself in my roadster. I think it's just because the engine is so close to the cabin and it runs at a fairly high temperature after some driving. My temperature gauge reads fine.

My 2004 Base coupe has that same issue. I was told by my dealer that it is a normal thing.

uh.......have you made sure that you turned the temperature **** all the way to the left? Instead on it being on 90, make sure its on 60 or 65 or whatever. Even if the fan is off, the air pressure created by the car moving forward is enough to force hot air through the heating system and into the passenger compartment....

Normal. Take off the heat shields like me and your feet will probably start sweating, haha.

Some of it has to do with the fact that the cats are right under the driver/passanger position with very little heat shielding. If you drive about 100 miles you'll notice that the floor is getting uncomfortably warm.

it is not that kinda warm. It's a stream of hot air come out like you turn on the heat.

+2 I always leave my temp on 90 accidently and if you're on outside air(which due to this stupid sytem you probably are) when you're moving, air is forced into the system and heats up because you left it on 90. Another stupid thing about this air conditioner!
Heh...what are you gonna do right?

Yeah I get the same heat from the vents even with the heat off. Especially when heavy on the gas. The Z runs hot thats why you get it. Its normal for a hot running engine.

New thought...hot air expands, the air in your heat system will always be hot because the engine is hot, that would make hot air come out of the vents(slowly but surely) even if all your air conditioner settings are turned off.
