When do pre-orders stop
I know they are done taking pre-orders, but my real question is, when will the last of the pre-orders be filled by and when does it become a regular order (dealer inventory)? I am trying to verify the fact that my pre-order never got sent in (march 02) and that I am going to be told that I will have first crack at the regular inventory. Question is, when is that, feb, march? what a mess

I dont' have an answer for you, but I think the situation at the docks really mucked everything up. Back in August, I was told by nissan that all pre-orders would be delivered by the end of November. Clearly, this didn't happen. Everyone is at the mercy of the dock workers... Sorry you dont' have your car yet.

You need to contact your dealer or NNA, via their website, to find out the latest info. If you don't get what you need, start going online to locate a Z, preorder or regular inventory.

According to my dealer, all pre-orders delivered after mid-November are most likely late due to some kind of human error. Even with the dock strikes, I got my car a month early, so I think it's just another excuse.

Hey Rob,
That photo from your site of the Zs in the big empty parking lot looks really cool. Where was that?
