Once again correct yourself and save the problems. I don't make every bumper and I seriously doubt you refer to the ones I do make Kenstyle IMPUL Nismo (g coupe only) and Greddy style Sedan. So I think you should say

"The people who make our bumpers for the cars suck, I bought it from 350zforums and he lost money and took it back for me." That would be correct. But thanks for trying ot make me look so bad once again.

The message from Axionf117 does not appear on my screen for some reason. It appeared on my email: Here'e how it read:

"Axionf117: I had major issues with 350zforums as well. The replica front bumpers they make SUCK. It was a huge hassle to get them to take the bumper back. I will never deal with them ever again."

Wow Dave suddenly appears: I had the same problem as Axiounf117 but you just stopped corresponding with me. I bought the same bumper from you and didn't get my money back (or any response from you since Nov 2004. I originally ordered the bumper in June 2004. It seems a little picky to tell someone to 'correct themselves and save problems' because they mistakenly said that you made the bumper rather than sell the bumper.

Jack I am very sorry for the miscomun last thing I remember was waiting on an answer from you. That was some time back so I apologize I dont remember the facts like you. I am sorry that ED's bumper was not up to your specs but I have sold many many after you and the results have been always favorable. If you are only having an issue with the sidemarkers fitting, that is really not bad. The 350 price vs the 800+ of the real one should be outweighed in the fixing area..again you have my apologies for not working on that better.

this thread is a broken record!!!!! heard it too many times...

no other vendor on here has had even HALF the amount of problems. good luck on getting everything settled. just another lesson learned. It is unfortunate that negative feedback for this vendor is hidden or deleted as it would save alot of members on here some time and grief and realize that this has been a repeated problem before in the past.

here is my issues I had with this vendor! https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/88958-350zforums-dave-fvcked-up-my-car-and-constantly-lies-to-me-getting-a-lawyer.html

Mr. slvr

You just might want to balance things out a bit. If the need arises, I Will buy from them again!

now that hurts Dustin, you redirected your own fedex package from the OK address to a new address yourself.. how am I supposed to be responsible for that delay sir? I wont post your tracking because that would endanger your box but you negelcted to tell me or anyone else that while bashing me on your soap box. I noticed you would have had it monday if that wouldnt have happened....

Tell me this, how or could I redirect my Fed-Ex package if I don't even have the tracking #. Also I really don't think Fed-Ex would allow something like that to happen without first contacting the sender. Also I live in Missouri, not Kansas.

This is copy of the e-mail I got from this guys:

I'm tired of this crap and I'm going to pursuit this at the highest boards possible because I don't know what to think anymore about this company and apparently this is the only way this guys can do something right.

Hi guys,

I just want to update all of you in my situation with Dave and 350zforums.org. I've being away on a business trip and I haven't being able to keep up with this thread. I'm happy to say that all the problems with my exhaust were resolved very diligently by Dave. My exhaust arrived on 6/15/05 as Dave told me in one of the communications we have. The problem that happen with the tracking number issue I posted before was a human error cause by the people at Invidia, they give him the wrong number, he doesn't know is a bad number and he just forward it to me as it is.

This is another example that sometimes is hard for vendors to maintain control in every aspect of any sales because there is times that 3rd party suppliers are involved to and you don't have any control over that. My apologize for being so hard on you but I'm glad that we came out with a positive outcome at the end. The only suggestion I will like to give you as a customer is that the "Customer Service" at 350zforums.org needs to improve, this simple thing would save off all this bad publicity on your business. All we ask as customers is maintain constant communication with us and be honest with us too. Thank you ones again for the 100% satisfaction.
