Well I wouldn't damage his car either, but I would've let the air out of all of his tires.

I know how you feel. You should see my passenger side door. I have a total of 5 dings one noticeable and 4 at the right angle you can see. My apartment complex has very small parking. Actually its a little less than normal but the wide stance of the Z eats up the space. I'm hesitiant to do anything of course because I live there. But thats life **** happens and hurting someone isn't gonna solve the problem. I've tried a ding remover which helped a little but its still there. I figure a few more and I'll just have the whole door re-done. It's hard to say who did it because some are at a different hieght level meaning its not always the same car. But thats the price you pay with a wide car like this. I wish I had a garage...=(

You need a new place to get dings out. I feel fortunate to have this shop near my house. The guy is absolutely amazing. I've taken 4 cars to him and every ding he has ever removed cannot be noticed where it was. I took a car to Dent Wizzard once and they did the worse job ever. Just have to find that person that owns their own business and takes pride in their work. Sorry, didn't want to jack the thread.

after I crawled into my Z from the passenger door and made my way into the driver's seat, i would have rolled down my window, reached my hand out with my keys and keyed his car - no joke and I absolutely firmly believe in never touching someones car, but what he did is just uncalled for and I would get more satisfaction from that than taking down his plate number, trying to pursue his insurance to pay for his dent, and calling campus securit - well i would have called campus security anyway to report someone with no permit etc and seek him getting towed like you tried

Unless of coarse he could track who you are if it's assigned parking

Could always say it was your belt buckle or a metal button on your jeans while you were trying to get in

there is no reason for that. nice door kick would have done nicely. hehehe
Its difficult to say that. I'd bet money it was a woman that couldn't back a car up properly. Could have been a man but I doubt it. Think about it, would you pull that close to someone just to be a d!ckhead and chance having your Lexus trashed. It was just some clueless piece of ****.

Those of you who say "key the car," how many of you would be willing to settle it with fists?

It's the driver you're mad at, not his car.. so why not take your aggression out on the person responsible? That'll teach him a lesson more than anything.

I'd love to buy some of those stickers but the website looks a little bogus to me. Have you ever purchased any?

Those stickers are awesome...if I had one of those to throw on the guy's hood, I would've felt a lot better.

You're actually very lucky. When I left work on Tuesday I found I was a victim of a hit and run.

Atleast there was hardly any damage to your car. My first inclination was to find the person and beat them to death, but I'd have more restraint then that. I can understand alot of people saying stuff about keying other cars but not really going through with it.

all you have to do is call your insurance company, show them the pictures, and then they will go after the guys insurance for them to pay for it.

Did you keep the plate as a souvenir?
