Default How Much Do You Pay to Gas Up the Z?

Last night I drove to Exxon to gas up the Z. I had about an 1/8 of a tank. $20.00 barely got me a hair over half way mark! $2.37 per gallon in Houston for 93 octane. WTF! Guess the Z is just there to look good in the garage.

An average of $42-$45.00. In other words, too much.

I think I filled up at like $2.68/gallon this past weekend.

Edit: That's for premium.

If I can fill her up for around 30 bucks, I consider myself lucky. On an empty tank its more like 40 bucks.

Jeesh, gas is getting out of hand.....I heard someone talking about a new type of gas that is in the process of being made. It uses a resource that is made locally(USA), and is added to the gasoline mixture. The fuel will be a combination of both gas and another. Can't remeber what it's called.

I took a little ride in the Z last night, about 12:14am. Went around Houston's I-610 loop. Went thru about an 8th of a tank. Back to the pump.
