Default I let my G/F drive the Z..

Wow, i let my g/f drive my Z for the first time because i was really drunk and decided it would be better for her to drive. She was so nervous that she was shaking, it was pretty funny. I wouldve been screwed if she couldnt drive a stick... I asked her if she wanted to take it to a show for me next weekend and she said no because shed be too scared and i wouldnt be there, i have to work..

thats cool that your girl stepped up to the plate - my girlfriend has turned down multiple offers to drive the Z... i think she is afraid of my reaction if something were to go wrong if she was behind the wheel.

I refuse to let anyone else touch my car unless they've been driving stick for 2 decades..quite frankly, my g/f, ESPECIALLY g/f, wouldn't be able to handle it. So bravo for you having the guts to let that happen!

Regularly I wouldn`t let anyone behind the wheel of my baby, but in this case I gotta give it to you, good decision. Never drive drunk.

On this subject of girls driving cars...My girl is badass I let her drive a couple of time and not only did she drive fast enuff to scare me ...thats pretty hard... but she kept the revs high and shifted fast as hell.. I was proud... I asked her where she learned to drive like that and I guess she used to have a mustang gt she used to race around....kinda turned me on watching a hott girl drive my car so good..

ya, and when she wrecks it, she'll be "so sorry". no thanx. like someone else said, its best to let them handle only one of your sticks.

My girl takes my car for extended period of time. My last GF learned how to drive stick in my car.
IMO, relationship is way more important than objects.

my GF is scared to death to drive my car because not only is it my car and if something were to happen to it, she'd feel responsible and she thinks I'd get mad. But the main thing is my tilton clutch - she doesn't want to go near it since it's so much harder to drive than a normal everyday clutch

This is kinda funny because I took my girl out to drive my Z this weekend. The ONLY reason I let her drive it is incase I cant drive it myself because ive been drinking to much. Trying to think ahead.
