Dealer called yesterday, I pick up my CS Performance 350Z on
Friday Dec. 27th (ordered Oct 9th) - - The sales person said maybe even sooner than that, she wants her commission - lol - easy money for her so far - the car sells itself - maybe she'll surprise me with a couple of perks (watch, shirt, book, CD - - lol) - I'm not going to hold my breath - - - Thanks to everybody here at MY350Z for making my wait tolerable.

Mine also comes in this month around Dec 28th. Cant wait since i ordered way back in july.

My dealer called and just told me expect delivery 12/27, maybe sooner - - I'm not sure how long the dealer has had the VIN but
they have it now - we're going to get together next week and see what interest rate thay are going to offer before I go to peoplefirst.com (4.99%) - -

Good taste there Wayne (CS Performance) - - did you get aero or
mud flaps? I didn't - - Good Luck, have a great Christmas.

Here's the scoop on mine.....

ordered 10/1/02

VIN#77XX 11/25/02

FIRST expected delivery date 12/6/02
SECOND expected delivery date 12/28/02
TODAY'S expected delivery date 1/9/03

I was told by the dealer today that Nissan shuts down shipping operations Christmas week, thus pushing me into January. He also tols me not to be suprised if it in fact shows up BEFORE the holiday week as he got two in this week he wasn't expecting.

Any feedback guys? Even though it is winter here, I'M GETTING ITCHY!!!

looks like im gonna have an early christmas on 12/23 and your gonna have a late christmas on 12/27 yay!

 

Why do i feel that my deal is too good to be true? I jsut happen to find the EXACT one i want at a dealer 13 miels from my home, and it just so happens to NOT be sold. I put a deposit on it saturday and will take it home tomorrow night if things work out the way they are supposed to. I mean, why am i literalyl being handed one and some people have been waiting since early october to pick one up that still isnt even here?

Just got the call - - My Z is at the dealer - -
I pick it up this afternoon - - - all of them (5) came with mud flaps, I didn't order them and don't have to pay for them - - I really didn't want them but I guess for the paint protection it's best.
I guess I'll have to try and get used to them or take them off - -
anyhow, I can't think straight here at work, I'd better just leave early - - - WHOOOOWWAAAAAA

Well all I can say is wow - I'm really happy with my new Z toy,
CS paint is beautiful, no excessive orange peal like I had read so much about - - and the mud flaps don't look to bad, can't complain anyhow they were free ( the sales mgr. told me all Z's have to ordered with them and I should pay for them, their only $119 - - my reply, I didn't order them but thanks I'll take them.
