Finally an 06 arrives in SW Missouri and I got a call telling me and can take her for a spin. I asked the dealer to let me know when their 1st 06 Z arrived so I could look at it and test drive it since last time I sat in a Z I was just out of surgery and only drove it around the parking lot. Today I got to drive a 06 Inter Fire (which looks great in person) touring 5at. It was setup exactly how my car on order is setup and made me even more anxious. now that my arm is healed I could see what this car can do on the street and the salesman told me to take'r out on the bypass and get teh feel of her. Ah yes I am indeed certain I made the right choice.

Now the kick in the *****...they said they waited till they got the 1st Z deleviered to order my car. I asked them why and they said they can't order until they get their 1st shipment in. That pissed me off since I'v already started buying ****. That almost makes me want to go to another dealer since they lied to me and said it was already done..

 

You should!!!!

 

What's done is done....another dealer can't order it any sooner than today...

 

Have you given the dealer any money? Do you have a contract? If yes, I'd tell them “Give me the frugging keys!” If not, its time to move on.

 

I payed $1200 when I was expecting it ordered and was gonna pay the rest of the sum upon delivery. Only paperwork drawn up was for the deposit and order, no other paperwork was done since I won't be financing.

 

My jaws would be tight. Not to take sides, but the dealer most likely wants the 2006 on the lot to attract potential buyers. Its kind of difficult to take the car when you don't have “You get the first 2006” in writing. Sorry about the situation.

I wasn't expecting that car, I'm ordering a lemans coupe and had this done weeks ago. I went there to test drive this one and get a better look at what I'm buying, what pissed me off was theat they said they couldn't process my order till they received their 1st shipment of Z's.

The cool story I tell everyone I don't know... Well, it all started on nice little nature hike. Then before I knew it I was surrounded by a pack of rabid Wolverines, after fighting off 4 of then the last one happened slice me down the middle. I was now holding my intestines in my hand as the wolverine chuckled at me. His last attack he launched at me and then i punched him right in the face shattering his skull... Then I had to crawl 5 miles back to camp where i had to wait another hour for the ambulance to get there.
