whats your Zs' avg gas mileage????
earlier today i reset my MPG meter and it read 35.6 MPG i was shocked but then it fell back down to 21. but it made me feel good for a second, as far as a full tank is concerned i dont know... im guessing around 350-380
If you have no wind minor changes in elevation and set your cruise control to no more than 5mph over on the freeway you should expect right at 30mpg.
However, once you stab it getting on the freeway, goosing it in 5th gear for the urge, or varying your speed too much it will start to go done. My problem is I can't stop listening to my motor's sweet music long enough to break that barrier except every once and a while.
You have to squeeze the accelerator and drive like you have an egg under the pedal to get over the 30mpg mark.

use the upper button on the right to scroll through the computer display until you get to the avg MPG and Avg MPH and then hold the upper button for 1-2 seconds until the screen clears and flashes "----". then keep driving and a few miles later it will give you new readouts
20 mpg for average driving around town and some highway. When I drive to NJ (at least once a month) I get about 26 mpg, however I drive around 80-85 mph on I-95 and the turnpike, but the avg with tolls and stops brings me down to 70 mph.
Wow, you guy must not be easy on the gas. When I rev it up and go, those are the numbers I get charging around town. If I drive it like a economy car I get really good mileage.
Another 300 mile trip yesterday yeilded me 27.7mpg and that was with at least 20% in town driving. I do creep off the line with the other traffic and don't let her rev up too much however before I shift into another gear. Only a couple of times did I go over 3500 rpm. Most of the time I was shifting under 3K.
Don't get me wrong you have to blow your car out every once in a while. But, if you take it easy you should be able to get really good mileage. Yes, it sucks when the civics think you are racing when are creeping along like this, So, I just let them go. That take a lot of restraint. I just turn on the music and turn the other way. Yes, you get a few people that are upset cause your going only 5mph over the speed limit. I just let them go. I bet that I could get even better gas mileage if I could drive the speed limit. It is just too dangerous. Even at 5 over you risk getting hit at 15-20 over from a few contruction pickups weaving through traffic on the way to a job. If I was ever to get rear ended my one of those things. Doh !!!
