Default 270 bucks to spend..

ok well I have 270 dollers to spend, and my car is stock and it time for a mod.. what do you guys think I should get, I was thinking intake, whats the best intake for it?

jwt pop-charger.....alot of forum members have them, easy install and sounds nice...and you wont even spend close to that 270.....drew

ya i was thinking Injen CAI, I had one on my celica, I mean its no comparison at all in cars lol, but I liked it. so i may get that. 240 shipped on I-M-racing..

Stock intake is actually pretty good. Go with the crank pulley or test pipes

plenum spacer and a JWT pop charger w/ heat sheild. I think you should be able to do those for close to 270ish. I dont know what the plenum spacers cost though... I have a blower on top of my engine.

Wow those are pricier than I thought... how much is a plenum?

I still say get a plenum or JWT pop charger though... most gains for your money and a good place to start generally.

I say plenum or test pipes.........pop charger is worthless almost, 2-3hp but you get a great sound is all

Remember, test pipes will make your car unable to pass emissions tests if they do those in your area. I am currently faced with the dillema of spending holiday money and decided on test pipes and the 5/16 spacer. Total will come to around $350 but I should see some nice little gains and a change for the better in my exhuast sound.

my car is in dire need of a Christmas present after being keyed last weekend. I planned on getting it a couple things. So, Merry Christmas is about all the Christmas present I can give you haha. wish I could help though
