I'd Orderd a bunch of stuff b4 they closed for the holidays and says they reopens the 3rd so i called them to check status well when i called its some sort of a glass company now anyone know whats going on let me know

 

They are closed till tommorow 1-5. I called their local # 480-926-8797 and it went through to the voice-mail.

I just saw Han, the GM last nite.

i called the same number and got some auto glass company 4809268797 so i dono whens the last time u called cuz monday i got the same thing and its 1-3-05 on the web site

They are legit & they're also a sponsor of this sight. I have personal bought several items from them already. If you look at their main page, it seems like they are currently transitioning into a new building & will re-open tomorrow. I'd try contacting them then. I would assume they have several orders that will be delayed due to this move.

I just drove over to pick up some parts...they are just moving in to a new building...phone guy is working on their lines. The glass company you guys got apparently was in the building before them.

BTW, got some nice carbon fiber mirror covers from them. I will post pics when I get them on.

A few of our loyal customers advised me of the existence of this thread a little while ago. Just to clarify things.. lol.. we are very much still in business (and no, we're not a glass company).. hehe..

We closed the doors to our old location on 12/22. The phones and computers were picked up the next day and we finally got them reconnected yesterday. Originally, (starting 12/22) our website's Home Page announced that we would be closed from 12/23-1/3. Unfortunately, both the internet, phones, fax machines, basically everything that we need to communicate with the outside world will not be ready to go live until tomorrow. The Home Page announcement was changed both yesterday and the day before to provide this update. There were variables that were out of our control once we got everything set up, and we updated the Home Page each day that we realized there would be a further delay.

Right now we are processing over 300 orders, checking and responding to email's, and getting ready to go live again tomorrow. We would like to thank everybody for their patience and understanding. Moving, as you know, is not fun, and to top it off, nobody here got a Christmas vacation..
