Default Best Trim-Level/Model 350Z and why??

Hey all, Im still kicking around which Z would be the best to get, and I'm wondering, from your experiences, which you feel is the model to have. Also, what do you like about your Z, and what do you wish your Z had when compared to other Z models??

Also, I was wondering as a side note, which Z's have vertical height adjustment on the seats? Im 5-4, and though I have never driven one, after sitting in various models I feel visibility out the back may become an issue...

Thanks all!

Most bang for the buck is Enthusiast. Features depend on what you want/need.

Suggest going to Nissan site and doing some homework.

As for height adjustor, I believe it is the same, a "wheel" on the side, for all models. You can, however, buy a "booster" seat at most Targets or K-marts!

Default depends...............

It depends on what you are looking for. Most bang for the buck? Leather seats? Navigation system? Traction Control System? Viscous limited-slip rear differential? Cruise? Xenon HID headlights? Tire pressure monitors? Vehicle Dynamic Control System? Brembo Braking System? Heated outside mirrors? Manual shift or automatic? What type of wheels?

You can check more at http://www.nissanusa.com but some have said that the Enthusiast may be the most car for the money. Check out which car has which options, however. All have the same engine and come in any of the 8 colors. No seat height adjustments, but you can search to see how others (large and small) like the car.

Edit: Looks like you got the same general advice from Rat. (Beat me to it again!)

Good luck!

For what I wanted, the Performance to me was the sweet spot. I like the 18" wheels and wanted the VDC (after having lost control of a car once before and wrecked in the rain).

The Base and Enthusiast models are probably great for some people, though. I'd have to have cruise, so a base would never work for me. If you wanted to mod, though, the Enthusiast would be a nice place to start. You could always upgrade wheels and brakes if you really wanted to, and even add leather.

I ended up with a Touring after getting a pretty sweet deal on one. I'm glad I have the leather, but the Bose doesn't make the package worth it unless you ARE getting a good deal.

For me it was either Enthusiast or Track. Enthusiast is definitely the best value and definitely worth stepping up from the base model. If money was no object, I would have gone with the Track Model, but you're talking about roughly $5-6,000 difference between those models. I love my Enthusiast model and I think it's the perfect Z for me.

things I kinda "had" to have was VDC basicly, other thing I wanted was required by the VDC. so that left me deciding if I wanted leather and stereo, or rims and brakes.

both have their perks, tho, now, I kinda wish Id gotten performance, Im not AMAZED by the bose, tho it isnt bad either. I would also rather put my own rims that are a bit more custom than stock rims, even if they are rays. and I want bigger rotors than the track brembos offer, atleast 13, tho 14s would be nice too.
