Storing car for 6 months
I'm taking a break from school b/c of my health problems, so I have no choice but to leave my car here and head back to Korea for a full semester (about six month including summer break) I did my search, and found out most of the important stuff. However, I just wanted to confirm. Better safe than sorry, right?
Since I rent, I don't have a garage. My dear Z will be stored in a commercial storage place (not specifically for cars) with concrete floor with no heated, no a/c, nothing.
1. Car cover with some sort of cloth underneath to guard the paint.
2. Battery Maintainer.
3. Tire pressure up to about 40 psi or removal of the wheels and putting on 4 jackstands.
4. Park the car on top of tarp to avoid moisture.
5. Full tank of gas with fresh engine oil before and after storing. (No additives like stabilizer to the tank according to Nissan.)
6. Take out floormats and open the windows a tad. (Maybe add some sort of odor absorber)
I think these are the most important stuff. Any further inputs confirming or adding info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you don't have a plug in just remove the battery. Also ensure you do a complete detail prior to storing it.
I myself am going to Korea but for a year, so my ZR will be stored and not driven or started for 1 whole year,
I feel your pain man!

I will be detailing the car in 30 degree weather. Lucky me

Where in Korea will you be? I was surprised to see that Z's are more exotic than 360 Modena in Korea
Last week, when I was in Korea, a black ZR was in a Chungdam showroom with Ferrari Testarossa, Lambo Diablo, Aston Martin DB9. It felt good to have Z in the same showroom as those cars
I wish I can bring my car over to Korea.

And I would put minimal gas in the tank, so when you are back to drive your Z you can get a fresh tank full.
+1 on Oil change and drive it 100 miles or so after the oil change.
my $.02 having done this 20 times...
1. Car cover with some sort of cloth underneath to guard the paint. Good.
2. Battery Maintainer. Take it out completely and leave it somewhere warm.
3. Tire pressure up to about 40 psi or removal of the wheels and putting on 4 jackstands. If you can remove the wheels, that would be best. I have left a car for 6 months on it's tires, overinflated and they were fine when I went back to get it.
4. Park the car on top of tarp to avoid moisture. Good, or some cheap carpet (Astroturf, etc.)
5. Full tank of gas with fresh engine oil before and after storing. (No additives like stabilizer to the tank according to Nissan.) No - half tank, and add some Stabil and a can of dry gas. One half tank of this 'crap' will not hurt anything, and will save you starting problems when you return.
6. Take out floormats and open the windows a tad. (Maybe add some sort of odor absorber) Leave them closed! - if there's a fire in another unit (this has happened to me) you will end up with soot, and insects in your car.
7. Mousetraps if necessary so they don't get into the engine compartment and eat your firewall insulation.

I bought these to absorb moisture in the interior while parked over winter.

ZoneDry moisture absorbers. I'd rather keep the windows up while stored. This is the first time I've tried them so I can't say how effective they are yet.
Two more things - 1) buy some pantyhose and cut the legs off. Slip them over the ends of the exhaust tailpipes. Will allow moisture/humdity escape but not let bugs and junk get inside.
2) Use some blocks or wheel chocks to block the tires from rolling and leave the parking brake off. No need to keep that system under stress for that long if you're on a level surface and can block the wheels.

If you decide to pull the battery, make sure you follow the procedure for the Z, because of the auto lower window. It's in the owner's manual. I would lower the window a bit, such that it is not a tight seal, but not wide enough for insects to get in. I see some good suggestions here about mouse traps and pantyhose over exhaust tips.
Have stored my cars for winter for the last 15 years, winter is 4 to 5 months here in Canada. I do everything you listed from 1-6. Few notes:
- I fill the tank to avoid condensation, with no additives every time, no problem so far.
- I hang a sheet of dryer fabic softener as odor absorber.
- Tires stay on the car w/ 40 PSI with no problem, have not used jack stands
