i heard that the new AT Z have a REV-Match feature ... could any one of you post a video (of the rev-meter)while down-shifting
i can't imagine the Z shifting down like a 360 modena.

The MY05+ 5ATs have automatic downshift rev-matching when in manual-mode. Pre-MY05 didn't have rev-matching in manual-mode downshifts. I'm not sure why you would want to but rev-matching the manual downshifts on a pre-MY05 is not easy to do. I personally haven't seen or heard of any performance advantages that rev-matching the manual downshifts has on the 5AT other than smoother shifting and a revving sound while the gate is open. In the pre-MY05 5AT, if you wanted to rev-match the downshifts, just pop back into auto-mode and then back to manual-mode when you're ready to change gears again. In auto-mode all the shifts are synchronized according to the profile that is being used.

from what i hear the rev matching causes the gears to shift lower, and also that the overall shifting is slow for the newer auto since they were more interested in being smooth making the gap between them and the manual an even bigger difference.
