I happen to know what I am talking about statistic wise. The more tickets that are written resulted in less accidents which in turn reduced the number of fatalities. But that is just in our regional area. Sorry for the confusion

Now I agree Tickets can help… Just simply giving out tickets mainly for speeding is not solving the problem of bad drivers… Also there should be a difference between the person who speeds in a residential area or one that has many pedestrians and the Interstate… My gripe is the idea of targeting one main behavior, speeding, and even at times an age group does not solve a problem and causes social unrest.
I am not accusing you of this but in general this is a growing problem that has to be addressed. I respect the honet cop who is out there doning the best he/she can to protect and uphold the law, but there is a growing problem of cops that are out there with a aattitude that they are god and the law…. I am sure just about everyone here has experienced at least one of these. I don’t rant to often but this is one of the subjects that really pisses my off… Cops in Atlanta specifically break the law at will and see nothing wrong with it.
And oh yea… I HATE COLD WEATHER …. It always gets me sick
