Default Just got my 2003 350Z

Well, I sold my 2002 Lightning and just bought a 2003 350Z with 9k on it, I guess it is the GT 6speed 18"wheels and that stuff. Only mod on it is a injen cold air intake. I am used to the Lighting which was built pretty good and ran 12.20's. I ran the Z on my gtech a few times last night tell me if this sounds about right

0-60 5.38
1/4 13.92@102 was my fastest time my slowest time was 14.03@102

Sound about right and is the Injen intake any good or should I remove it and replace it with something else?

i think your numbers are pretty close to all the auto magazines had quoted. Yeah..the 03s are lighter and faster in stock form than the newer models.

I ran my stock 03 Z touring auto at the drag strip 13.9@100. So your about right. The Injen intake is popular. But is a ***** to clean. The popcharger is easy to access.

From a pick-up truck to a sports car is quite a jump. The quarter mile times are about right, but the 350Z is much more than a quarter mile racer.

I have had 2 Maxima's before my Z and had a Injen on my first Max and a popcharger on my second. I liked the pop charger and have read extensively about the 2, the Injen sounds great but most cars you will lose HP with them. Can anyone else chime in and give some input.
