It's like Mr_Q said: braking and turning at the same time. The video isn't really clear, but it looks like they came in waaaay too hot, the car refused to turn (understeer) and so the driver panicked and nailed the brakes. This is videotape proof of someone driving beyond their limits. With more experience, a driver should be able to recover from that and keep their Z away from 'solid' foods.
