Funny. My friend just did the exact opposite. Traded in his G coupe for a Z roadster. Oh well. It's all the family, I suppose. Congrats on your new wheels.

You know, though, if you were going to trade her in for a G, maybe you should have waited until the newer model came out. I hear there's going to be a HP bump (320hp?).

If I were you I would've waited till next spring for the
newly redesigned G35 coupe, but current G is still a nice car.

Drove it a few months back, the inside feels a lot nicer than the Z.

The g35 coupe is a beautiful automobile. Z or G - you can't go wrong.

Thanx guys ......Yeeeaaaaahhhhh i can understand what your saying about the sports car feel, Thats prob because the cabin is alot bigger than the Z so you dont have that close to everything feel, but having said that the G handles alot better and drives like a sports car and with almost 300 horses that thing moves ,I bought the car up in DC and drove it back down to Richmond bear in mind im still breaking it in so i was trying to keep it under 4000 rpm I was doing 80 mph at 3000 rpm that G is so relaxed twitch the accelerater <---spelling sux and that thing kicks ur *** into the back of the seat,
Still not sure why I sold the Z....but everytime I drive the G I feel alittle better about it,and its a hell of alot of car for the money

its doesnt, G owners automatically get "superior head" when they buy a G. they think since its an Infinity, everything about their car is superior to the Z even though its not. scientists and doctors are working on it but there seems to be no cure for "superior head".

See... I drove the G, and although it would be more practical and the smarter buying decision, it bored me a bit. When I test drove it, I couldn't wait to bring it back to the dealer. With the Z I asked to drive longer, and drove for an hour. I knew as soon as I took my first corner that I would buy it. However, I had the intention of getting the G that day, not the Z. I still love G's, don't get me wrong... but I wonder how someone could get one and say that the performance is better?

I felt happy for your new purchase until you made the statement that the G handles better. The other guy is right about no cure for your new sickness.
