Happy Birthday. I would give a call to the insurance company, have them check it out to see if its worth repair, then go from there.

Warranty intact has nothing to do with the value they give you for a damaged car.

Nissan wouldnt have repaired a wrecked car under warranty anyways.

Warranty is when something goes wrong with the car IE: defective.

Having a Range Rover hit your car is not Nissan's fault.

Your insurance will take care of it, thats why you pay for insurance, unless your one of those people that don't buy full coverage..then I laugh.

nissan factory warrantee has nothing to do with insurance paying you for repairs to your car. regardless of mods, insurance has to pay to repair the car back to the original specs, or pay market value for the car if it would be less than the cost to repair. some insurance companies will insure your mods as well (depends on the company). i find it hard to believe the value of your car is only $12.5k (unless you have like an 03 with 90k miles on it or something)

No wonder they are only offering 12.5k. Your Z has STDs.

Ok I'm sorry. Bad joke.

Hope everything works out. It shouldn't be hard to locate a smashed up Land Rover would it? Start visiting some high end boy shops and see if you can find a recently crashed Rover.
