About to buy a new 06 Grand Touring 350Z, thoughts?

$40,000 for a silverstone MT with orange seats and navigation? I have one of those that is 3 years old and it is only worth about $18,000. If you're gonna spend that kind of money, please keep it for a very very long time.

He is looking at a GT coupe which was a new trim for '06.
