Anyone see the Lemans Sunset 350Z racing the BMW on FastLane? They had a really long clip of the Z racing.

 

What's Fastlane? What Channel? When was in aired? More details please.

Fastlane is a TV show on Fox (kinda a contemporary Miami Vice), comes on Fri night I believe...also comes on MTV sometimes. Check your local listings

The actor that looks like Tom Cruise is Peter Facinelli. He was in "The Scorpion King" and "Riding in Cars With Boys". He was also the bully in "Can't Hardly Wait" Oh yeah I also forgot to say that he is married to Jennie Garth from 90210.

 

You might have to catch any reruns of it this week. I saw the Z on last night on Mtv.

 

I did! I was on my computer and glanced over to the TV (I knew "Fast Lane" was on) a girl pulled up to a guy in BMW Z8. All I could see was a small part of the roof but I knew that there aren't many cars that are Orange. Then the chick takes off and I see that it's a LeMans Track 350Z. It was pretty cool.

They raced for a while (kinda copying from Mission Impossible 2). In one part both cars were neck and neck and there was a baracade up ahead with an opening that would only allow 1 car through (kinda like that last chase scene in the movie Bad Boys). The Z8 got in front and flew through the baracade, then 350 did a 180 deg spin and went through the opening backwards. After going though the opening , it spun back around and continued racing/chasing the Z8. It wasn't cheesy at all, really cool stunt.
What I felt wasn't realistic was that the 350Z was always keeping up with the Z8 which we all know is much faster than the 350, but it's television so.....

It was really cool to see the 350 on television though

Any ideas where I can get the episode, I'm sure someone has it on KAZAA. What's the name of the episode to look for? I would love to have it in my collection. Thanks.
