Loud idle, high RPM ...help
Before we begin, this is a 99 Toyota Camry. This problem started just this winter. When I start it up, the damn thing is loud! It idles at 2k RPM. Even after five minutes, it refuses to go down. It only drops, once I change gears. But once I'm in park again, up it skyrockets. Any thoughts?
