I ran a 13.986 in my 2005 Track with only new rubber. I could've ran a 13.7xx with a better 60' time.
With that said, almost all models across the board will perform the same. The weight increase across the board is to be taken with a grain of salt, IMO. I've weighed my 2005 Track twice and twice it has come in close to the curb weight, with only a 1/4 tank of gas, no tools, jack, and spare tire.
