I dont get it man, what is the deal with people hatin.....once I came out to my parked car and had $hit thrown all over it, it wasn't paint but there was no reason for it. People are just jelouse cause they cant drive the baddest cars on the road. what happened to when people just admired kick a$$ rides..... I feel for ya man. I would have delt with it in my own way.

You know what, dont even lift a finger on this kid. Get a good lawyer, take him to court, and make him look and feel like the biggest retard. You can sue him, press charges, and get a restraining order. In doing that, he'll get expelled from school, it'll ruin his future in college, and his family will be screwed as well. Let me tell you, in AMERICA, the only way to get back at anyone anymore is by the law. Fighting will just screw you over even more.

Trial Day Was Today
Well, I spent from 8:15 this morning until 12:15 at the courthouse waiting for our case to come before the judge, and then the boy's court appointed defense attorney comes before the judge and says that she didn't have a chance to look at the case until this morning, and therefore she would like a continuance until January 23rd, which the judge granted.
I thought that was pretty lame since we've already had to wait for 2 months just to get to today. Why wasn't this defense attorney looking at the case over the past week(s)? Anyway, so me, the 2 boys that agreed to testify, and their parent wasted the morning away.
On the upside though, these 2 kids that had the guts to come forward and testify against this thug are incredible kids. I had a good time meeting and talking with them and their parents, and I have nothing but respect for all of them. The boys told me that about 60 kids saw this thug with the 5 gallon paint can, and about 15 kids actually saw him throw it on the car; but out of all those kids only these 2 had the guts to come forward. I was impressed!
Apparently everyone else was scared because they thought this thug or one of his gang members was going to beat them up.
So that's the story. We're adjourned to the 23rd. I'll let you know what happens then.
