Wow guys looks like a lot went on while I was gone. I really didnt mean to disrespect anyone. I agree that some of the things I said could have been worded better, but I tried to make it clear that anything negative that was said was either my opinion or a statement from another person. I do consider myself a enthusiast, and that is my main reason for being a member here. As I stated at the begining of this thread, I dont know a lot about the 350. Considering that, that is why I joined this board. I am not rich, so for me to spend 20,000+ is a big deal for me. Some people here had some very good information that helped me decide on what car better suited my needs. It just so happens that I decided that the evo was a better chioce for me at this time.

So in a round about way, Yes. Since the evo didnt run a 12.5 which the 350z did he could use a tune. Or at least thats my opinion, so take it how you want it doesnt really matter to me cause either way his Z is fast and considerably faster then a lot of evo's, including mine.
I realize cars like mine make it hard for the evo crowd to say Z's are to expensive to buy a make fast, but thats no reason to down my buddy because he has done a lot of research and has taken great care to buy the right mods and find the right people to tune his car. This past weekend he beat a GTO with cams and exhaust until 140 which is pretty impressive.
Perception vs. Reality is a ****!

Ok well what should have been said was......... If your friends car doesnt run a 12.5 or better, with his mods there is something wrong. Now to me I would assume that it would be one of the two most common things. A) bad driver(or not perfect anyways) Or B) not tunned correctly. Now I do agree that TTP does a great job, but that doesnt mean that its 100% garanteed to be a perfect tune.
