That's how I made my choice...why pay extra $ for a back seat which is a PITA to get in an out of (unless you are short)!!! Besides, the Z gets more looks and thumbs up!!! I've had this car for about 3 weeks - girls, guys, and even taxi drivers honk & smile! (this is crazy!)
I will be buying one of these two in a couple of months and just wanted to get more information. I have sat in both and pretty sure that the G-Coupe had more leg and head room than the Z. Like you I am tall, 6'2, so was just wondering how you fit in the Z but not the G.

Inside of the Z is somewhat bowed.. G isn't.. Seems a little wider on the inside with the Z

the skyline was originally marketed as a luxury car, so yes, it is. and since this a site dedicated to the 350Z, what answer do yu really think you was going to get?

Wrong! The g35 is called the Skyline V35 yes. But its not a replacement to the R34 GTR. A R34 will eat a g35 alive. Learn how to search or get your info correct before u start running your mouth thinking u know what u are talking about. A G35 is just a 2by2 Z with a better interior. Thats it. Have a nice day.

Honda boy is jealous because he does not get the compliments that we get on our Zs. Most people probably thinks he drives a Hyundai.

yeah the G35 (Skyline GT350) is basically a Z with a stretched wheelbase... its no Skyline GTR...

though half right, the G35 is still a skyline, the first to be sent to the US even though it was rebadged.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Skyline

that history of the skyline is pretty complete.

This is really a tough one for me. For me it comes down to better looks/performance of the Z vs. a better interior, fit and finish, and practicality for the G.

This question is like asking whether one likes blondes or brunettes. Depending on the day, I'd probably give u a different answer each time... sometimes you'd want one, then the next day a different one rolls by and you change your mind. Most people would go with whatever they can get, and like a hot blonde and brunette, the ideal situation would be of course to have them both ... at the same time

That's because no one should ever brag about driving a RSX. However, a Z/G35 is a different story.
