I was informed by the seller yesterday (via text message) that he will not "help" me while people continue to contact him and send him threatening messages.

Heh, a UPS truck pulled down my street. For about two minutes, I thought I was all wrong about this, and that I would have to absolve the seller of all blame.

Unfortunately, the driver delivered a small box to my neighbor and drove off.

He wasn't helping you before people were contacting him, he's not helping you while people Are contacting him, so what's the difference? Paypal is usually quick on freezing accounts under a dispute, have they done this already? I should know, I've had my account frozen. (ebay and buyer's fault, got my money back).

I have filed a PayPal dispute, and they are reviewing it.

Just tell him patience and politeness didn't work so you are trying alternative techniques. Also mention that if these techniques don't work you have yet another method you can try.

Get your money back in whatever way necessary and buy a brand new exhaust from Performance Nissan.

Hello everyone, thank you for your support. Mr. Gonzales and I are working together and have come to a resolution.

Please cease any contact with Mr. Gonzales or his family.

Again, thank you.
