I was informed by the seller yesterday (via text message) that he will not "help" me while people continue to contact him and send him threatening messages.

Heh, a UPS truck pulled down my street. For about two minutes, I thought I was all wrong about this, and that I would have to absolve the seller of all blame.
Unfortunately, the driver delivered a small box to my neighbor and drove off.

Paypal is usually quick on freezing accounts under a dispute, have they done this already? I should know, I've had my account frozen. (ebay and buyer's fault, got my money back).
