Seeking Advice - Potential Scam

his story is pretty interesting
I doubt his story is actually true. If so there were so many things he could of done to assure the OP that the item is coming. Theres too many things in that guys story that doesn't add up, but oh well atleast he realized he can't get away with stealing someone's money.
Goodluck to the OP and for the other guy Karma will get back at you one way or another.

The seller is once again refusing all contact. He provided me a claim number, as he was "investigating" UPS as to why the shipment didn't occur. I called in the claim number yesterday, only to find that it isn't even valid.

I am going to contact the Dallas police today as well as submit a form to my bank requesting a reversal of the charges from PayPal. Other than that, I my options are limited. If the seller lived closer, I could call upon some professional collection specialists to pay a visit, but I don't have connections in Dallas.

If anyone is going to be in Dallas and would like to offer to help in teaching this young man how to ship something through UPS, I will PM you his address and number. His parents may benifit from the instruction as well, as it's is there home.

What could this moron possibly be thinking? By Bs'n a little longer you will give up? Does he not know he scammed someone of money? Do NOT remove your paypal dispute for any reason, because you can only file a claim once on one particular transaction. If you lift the claim in good faith and he screws you, you cann't refile another claim.

I was hoping this wouldnt occur for you, but it did! This ***** needs to pay for what he did. Locals should organize a meet on his block. No knocking on doors no bugging him at first just meet. He needs to be aware that members know where he lives and he should run if he doesnt pay!
