OMG, OK i was scammed by the same guy I Sh*t you not. Same story, ebay auction, paypal side deal. First it was wrong address, then it was no insurance for item too heavy, dude was really nice the entire time but months later I STILL did not have my exhaust. Well i read up on teh paypal rules of dispute so I waited till just before the due date and i opened up a claim with them. Even then he was providing bogus tracking numbers etc. Months later I finally got my money back. Picture on the website was of another Z on the forum with cali plates. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought wel lmaybe he was too lazy and just pulled a picture. Looks like the guy is just looking for a 2 month interest free loan. PM me if you need any help with cops or anything. Hope you get the your money back too.

I hope you guys in Texas can do something. This is the best instance of any car model guys sticking together I've heard of. If successful it will get out and the chances of any of us(Z guys) getting burned in the future will be greatly diminished.

Another thing, this guy is pretty sneaky. If you look at his ebay history, I actually bidded against him on the exhaust that he "claims" to have. So who knows if that auction was even real.

trop, i know your a nice guy and all but this is obviously bull ****. Seriously everyone needs to get some sort of meet going to this house. Meet somewhere in the city and then have everyone just cruise to the house and hang out for about 3 hours or more. This pisses me off. I feel for the OP

Name - Jimmy/James Gonzales
Cell - (214) 862-0879
City - GRAND PRAIRIE, TX
Email - jgonzales350z@sbcglobal.net
The email and phone number are legit, and I am pretty sure the name is too. Zedenvy, did Jimmy use this same email address and cellular number when contacting you? If not, then that tells me that he is creating email addresses on the fly to handle each scam.
Here is more information (thank you, Sean):

None or all of this could be true, but if someone has found an extra contact number, please either post it or pm me the information.

Get this, he walked me through what I would need to buy in order to install the exhaust. Hell, he even told me to buy gaskets at the autoparts store versus buying the 70$ install kit from Nismo. In a later email, he recommended that I go buy some high flow cats (Kinetix was his recommendation) to go along with the exhaust.
That's pretty sad.
Here is what he is claiming is his car (nice TSW's):
