is it just me or you guys too?
for some reason it seems like my cars are always the ones that have problems with them. with my mustang i was always fixing things (i know i'll get a smart *** comment on that one haha) and even on my z im constantly fixing things and doing maintenance. my family members and friends always seem to have little or no problems with bare minimum maintenance and i take faaaaaar better care of my cars.
i deliver paint at my job and our work van just went 21k miles with 1 oil change, and i beat the **** out of that thing but never any problems at all. i treat my z like royalty and i just had to change my #2 fuel injector and cam cover gasket. and two weeks before that i had to replace the abs sensor on the front driver's side wheel... i dont get it
i dont know if part of it is that if there's anything even slightly wrong with the car, i dont let it go, i fix it right away and other family members a lot of times dont even realize anything's wrong.
do you guys feel like this too?

Actually, my Z has been pretty damn reliable, knock on wood.
I have owned a lemon or two in the past and it is an expensive PITA.
I like to drive my vehicles, not work on them constantly.
Good luck getting the issues with your Z ironed out.

I've had the throttle changed and the axle clicking twice.
Otherwise, its oil, brake and tire changes on a regular basis. Pretty much every other week-end during the summer! Lol

1-Buy new
2-Keep stock
3-Maintain according to manual

I know what you mean. I take great care of all of my cars and there is alwyas something broken or wrong. My Z had the trans go out, my nismo header crack, the O2 sensors go out, the axle clicking, my car get egged, three nails in my tires, tons of fights with the dealership, and that was just in the first couple months. I'm just gonna buy a POS cause they last forever.

POS beaters seem to be the most reliable cars out there. im begining to think that it doesnt matter what car i have, or where it's from (japanese, american, etc) it's gonna break if it's a sports car. i also dont beat on my cars much
I've kept my car fairly stock, only changed the flywheel and silencers on my previous Suby and only a Y-back on my Z.
I tracked both for hundreds of miles and basicaly did basic maintenance. Both cars run great still.
