Ok good deal, so it was like my previous statement that you were unfortunate that he did not withdraw the funds and that they were still in his account to be transferred to the neutral.
His response finally is obviously a waste. It's as simple as him not shipping it, and if he were to ship it, do like Paypal said and refuse it. He's just trying to now cover up the scam.
My understanding is that if they do not have the funds, pay pal will put a negative balance on your account and handle it just like any default loan. I think they go to collection agencies and mess your credit up..... that type of thing

Paypal will basically tell you to go F@#% yourself.
They'll say "After our thorough investigation we have determined that the other party is at fault, however we were not able to obtain funds from their account."

Paypal has already taken the funds from his account.
Well nothing is 100% until the $ is in my account, but it looks like it will be ok. Thanks for all the support guys. He actually sent a PM saying something to the affect "Don't make this any worse" like i somehow have plagued this deal.
see, i like you guys... i just don't trust ya. this is the main reason i haven't bought anything from a forum member, regardless of their rep. the only gambling i do is on the poker table.
I gotta strongly object to that...as long as I've checked out someones rep and had communication with them about the item I've been confident about my transactions with members here...don't let one bad apple ruin your faith in the whole bunch...I think there are def. more sellers with integrity on this website than people like firstz... also, jason...I say you get your money and when you recieve the rims just keep em and let this guy suffer and beg for 6 weeks and then YOU take your time in responding to him and keep saying you shipped them back when you didnt and then see how he feels! but i know after all this bs youre prob not as enthused about the wheels as you were initially sorry for all this...I'm sure things'll look up as this is obviously not your fault!

Its his last effort to threaten you...
You're doing the right thing here by calling off the deal entirely.
