My understanding is that if they do not have the funds, pay pal will put a negative balance on your account and handle it just like any default loan. I think they go to collection agencies and mess your credit up..... that type of thing

Paypal will basically tell you to go F@#% yourself.

They'll say "After our thorough investigation we have determined that the other party is at fault, however we were not able to obtain funds from their account."

Well nothing is 100% until the $ is in my account, but it looks like it will be ok. Thanks for all the support guys. He actually sent a PM saying something to the affect "Don't make this any worse" like i somehow have plagued this deal.
